This project entailed large-scale upgrading of the N3 southbound and northbound carriageways, expanding capacity from three to five lanes in each direction. The scope of work included the construction of a major interchange and associated bridge structures, significantly improving traffic capacity, safety, and long-term mobility along one of South Africa’s most critical freight corridors.
